Store F.A.Q.

  1. Where do you ship to? Antiphonic ships to countries all around the world.
  2. I just placed my order. How long before I get it? Orders are usually shipped anywhere from 1-4 days after you order it depending on the season and the day of the week. Weekends, holidays, and busy seasons (such as Christmas) cause delays. Once we get your package shipped the rest is up to the delivary method you chose. Pending payment methods, such as money order or personal checks, can also delay arrival times.
  3. I am experiencing a problem in the store not solved by your troubleshoot. What can I do? Problems not resolved by any of the suggestions in our troubleshoot may be reported to us by contacting us.
  4. What payment methods does Antiphonic accept? We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex), money orders, personal checks, and well-hidden cash (processed in the store as a money order). Antiphonic is not responsible for cash lost in the mail
  5. Do you do layaway? Yes. To layaway an order process your order as if you were paying with a money order and your order will be held for 1 month's time. After one month if your payment has not yet been received, your layaway order will be cancelled and the products returned to the store.
  6. What is your return policy? Refunds for lost or broken items available only for insured orders (insurance available upon special request only). Gift certificates cannot be refunded. Orders placed but not yet shipped may be refunded.
